This role is fully remote, offering flexibility while allowing you to engage meaningfully with clients from the comfort of your own workspace. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with experienced mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and other therapists, ensuring comprehensive care that builds on the strengths and needs of each client. Our virtual environment is equipped with the latest telehealth technology, allowing you to deliver effective therapy sessions using secure and user-friendly platforms.

• Conduct thorough client assessments through video conferencing and other remote communication methods, identifying mental health issues and therapeutic needs.
• Design personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, integrating a variety of therapeutic approaches suited to individual client circumstances.
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy services, helping clients navigate personal challenges, communication issues, and relationship dynamics.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and emotion-focused therapy, to guide clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with organizational and HIPAA requirements.
• Engage in regular case consultations with colleagues and participate in team meetings to collaborate on best practices and comprehensive care strategies.

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. You will work with clients experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and transitions in life. This role allows you to make a tangible impact on clients' lives by providing them with tools to navigate their circumstances and foster resilience.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families.
• Proficiency in utilizing various therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to connect empathetically with clients.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques (e.g., trauma-informed care, play therapy) will be considered an asset.
• Familiarity with community resources and support systems available within Nashville and surrounding areas.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
