• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing established evidence-based practices and solution-focused therapies to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, helping clients to build resilience and develop coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring professional standards are upheld in all documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care, leveraging collective expertise to enhance client outcomes.
• Participate in continual case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering a culture of shared learning and improvement in clinical practice.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse range of clients facing mental health challenges, including mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and anxiety disorders. By providing culturally competent care, you will help clients from varied backgrounds find their path to recovery and achieve sustainable mental wellness.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State, reflecting a strong foundation in mental health practices.
• Proficiency in employing solution-focused therapy techniques to tailor individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's specific challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of trustful and therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Adequate problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, empowering you to navigate complex client situations effectively.

• Experience in telehealth settings, demonstrating comfort with technology and remote communication to facilitate effective client interactions.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
