• Engage directly with clients to establish and achieve personalized treatment goals, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Deliver prevention-oriented therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices to address client needs.
• Develop, implement, and review comprehensive treatment plans that are responsive to ongoing assessments of client progress.
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies to coordinate care effectively and share vital client information.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to best practices for clinical record-keeping.
• Maintain an active caseload while ensuring precise session notes and updates for client care.
• Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss case management and contribute ideas for enhancing our treatment approach.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture by promoting teamwork and support among team members.

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. This role requires compassion, cultural competence, and a dedication to understanding the unique experiences of each client. Your efforts will directly contribute to improved mental health outcomes and overall quality of life for those you serve.

• Must hold a fully licensed credential as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience (minimum of 1 year) in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources and support networks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that facilitate a strong rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and an ability to work successfully within a team model.

• Experience providing teletherapy services, comfortable using remote communication tools and platforms.
• Background in preventive care and holistic therapeutic approaches.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for client documentation and management.
