This is a remote position, enabling you to work from anywhere while connecting with clients through our state-of-the-art telehealth platform. You will engage with clients using secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing tools, ensuring confidentiality and comfort while delivering high-quality therapeutic support. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one remote therapy sessions with clients, effectively utilizing our telehealth platform to facilitate meaningful interactions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, incorporating evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor client progress through regular assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our integrated health management software.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, clinical social workers, and other counselors, to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Adhere to best practice guidelines and actively participate in ongoing training to stay abreast of developments in the mental health field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to employ culturally competent strategies to build trust and rapport, fostering a safe space for healing and growth.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of an active state license as a mental health counselor, such as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
  • Strong ability to engage clients through remote communication and comfort in using digital tools for effective therapy delivery.
