Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Bramwith Consulting Global Director & Global Commodity Trading Headhunter North American Endur Services Sales Director - $200-300k basic + commission – E/CTRM Services Consultancy My client is a Global leading ETRM / CTRM services / systems integration consultancy who help commodity trading clients globally to implement 3rd party E/CTRM software, acting as a systems integrator, helping to choose the E/CTRM software solution and then implement Endur, Allegro, Aspect, RightAngle etc. As Endur E/CTRM continues to dominate the E/CTRM market with a good percentage of the major commodity trading businesses implementing and upgrading Endur, this global consultancy seeks an experienced North American Services Sales Director to specialise on selling Endur services to North American commodity trading clients based from anywhere in North America - Houston would be great though as a good percentage of Endur clients are based there. You will be joining a very successful, global E/CTRM services consultancy/systems integrator that is very cash rich and aggressively growing across North America, Europe, Middle East and APAC.

Moving away from their historical model of the Directors and Partners doing all the sales, they are looking for a proven Sales Manager/Director whose sole role will be to sign new commodity trading clients and upsell existing North American clients. You will join a Global Sales Team and work closely with one other North American Sales Director who is based in Houston. This role can be based from anywhere in North America , but ideally from Houston, Chicago or New York City where the highest concentration of their current and prospect clients are based, but this is a nice-to-have, and you can be based from any major city in North America as long as you are happy to travel to meet North American clients as needed.

The successful North American Sales Director will be selling Endur E/CTRM greenfield and upgrade implementation services (not software licenses), so ideally you will have gained some experience selling services. As such, you could come from one of 3 backgrounds: Working for a rival E/CTRM services / systems integrator consultancy in a similar Sales Manager/Director role, but will need some Endur sales Working for a rival E/CTRM services / systems integrator consultancy as a Senior Manager or Director doing a hybrid sales and delivery role, but be keen to move away from delivery and focus solely on sales and client management. This could also be a great opportunity for a very experienced E/CTRM Partner or leader keen to move away from the day to day responsibilities of leading delivery but continue to utilize your E/CTRM network in a business development role.

Again, you'll need some Endur sales. Working for an E/CTRM software house in a new business Sales Manager / Director role and be keen to move into E/CTRM services sales. Again you will need some Endur sales.

It is 100% essential that you have a proven track record in sales and specifically in selling to North American commodity trading houses, ideally bringing with you a strong network, especially selling Endur.
