OBJECTIVES OF ENGAGEMENT
A full-time Business Analyst (BA), supported by AI tools for acceleration, is requested to focus on the nine highest-priority GRQ legacy applications:
Reverse-engineer and document current requirements (user stories, processes, data flows, edge cases) using AI-assisted code analysis for rapid initial drafts.
Develop comprehensive requirements-based test cases (functional, regression, accessibility-specific, and security-focused) and traceability matrices that link scan findings to specific business processes.
Facilitate WCAG 2.2 accessibility gap analysis and validation of fixes against real business needs.
This role will collaborate with the client Solutions Management GRQ Teams and the Client Bureaus to build a strong, reusable foundation.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
The contractor will be required to:
Complete weekly timesheet reporting in PeopleFluent/VectorVMS by COB Friday.
Provide weekly personal status reporting by COB Friday submitted on SharePoint.
This position will include reporting to the client Solutions Management IT Manager supporting the GRQ applications.
CONTRACTOR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
The Business Analyst must have the following experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst writing business requirements and test cases or 4 years college degree or equivalent technical study.
Coordinates activities across multiple threads and manages risk and issues.
The Business Analyst must have the following skills and abilities:
Experience in reverse-engineering legacy applications to document business, functional, and technical requirements
Proficiency in developing user stories, process flows, data flow diagrams, and edge-case scenarios
Experience creating comprehensive requirements-based test cases, including functional, regression, security, and accessibility testing
Ability to support and perform application testing activities, including executing test cases, validating results, documenting defects, and assisting with remediation efforts
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify ambiguities, gaps, and potential risks in requirements
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to collaborate with program stakeholders, developers, and leadership
Ability to create and maintain traceability matrices linking requirements to test cases, findings, and remediation work
Ability to leverage AI tools for rapid drafting of requirements, process documentation, and test case generation
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple applications, stakeholders, and deliverables across complex initiatives
Ability to validate AI-generated content for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business needs
Adaptability to shifting priorities
Proficiency in Azure DevOps for work item management, requirements tracking, and test case documentation
Experience using SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and artifact storage
