JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Bellisario College of Communications is looking for energetic and bright students to serve astourguidesfor the Bellisario Media Center.TourGuideswill meet and interact with prospective students and their families, providetours of the media center, and serve as ambassadors to the Bellisario College. Students must currently be seeking a degree within the Bellisario College and possess a great attitude and strong verbal communications skills. Applicants should be responsible, self-motivated, and excited to share their Penn State experience.TourGuideswill provide grouptours as part ofsummerrecruitment events. No experience necessary, training will be provided.

It is preferred that applicants be available to work all shifts listed below but we will be flexible if necessary. Additional shifts will be available throughout thesummer. Paid training time is also required.

BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES

This position requires the following clearances in addition to applicable background checks: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check.
