• Provide high-quality individual and family counseling services, creating personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication among all parties.
• Document all client interactions and assessments promptly and accurately, maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards, as well as organizational policies.
• Support clients in developing essential life skills, such as effective decision-making, stress management, and coping strategies that empower them to navigate daily challenges.
• Monitor and report on client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure a continuous path towards recovery and personal growth.
• Actively engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your practice and stay abreast of the latest therapeutic methodologies.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical practices while fostering a safe and encouraging environment for clients to share their concerns and experiences.

Your work will primarily focus on adolescents and their families, with a commitment to serving clients from diverse backgrounds. Familiarity with the challenges faced by this demographic is essential, as you will provide counseling that addresses issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral concerns and familial conflict. Understanding the unique pressures faced by youth today, including academic stress, social media influences, and family dynamics, will be crucial in tailoring your approach to achieve positive outcomes.

• A Master's degree in counseling, clinical psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is mandatory.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is required; associates licenses will not be accepted as the role requires billable status through Medicare.
• Proven ability to work independently and exhibit self-direction in managing a caseload of multiple clients effectively.
• Excellent documentation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, for maintaining client records and reports.

• Experience working with geriatric clients is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in fast-paced environments where client cases are dynamic and require effective multitasking.
• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings is a plus, with familiarity with relevant technologies and tools.
