This position operates entirely in a remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere, whether it's from home, a coffee shop, or while traveling. You'll utilize a comprehensive online therapy platform that serves as your private counseling office, enabling secure video sessions as well as text-based communication with clients. This telehealth facility makes it convenient to manage your schedule and serve clients efficiently.

• Provide counseling for clients through virtual sessions, focusing on a diverse range of emotional and mental health concerns.
• Encourage open communication, helping clients to express thoughts and feelings while navigating their experiences.
• Assess mental health issues using conversations, observations, and standardized tests to develop effective treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable goals, devise actionable steps, and promote personal growth.
• Employ a solution-focused approach in therapy, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s needs.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity clients who are proactively seeking support for their mental health challenges. This ensures a manageable workload and allows for more meaningful engagement. Each client is carefully screened to guarantee that you will be working with individuals ready for therapeutic interventions that foster their emotional resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess a valid, fully independent mental health license, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses and no disciplinary actions on record.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature are essential in fostering a therapeutic alliance.
• Proficiency in using digital tools, including telehealth platforms and other technology used in online therapy.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on the number of hours worked and experience. Additionally, counselors receive weekly direct deposits, and full-time employees will benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend.
