  • Integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure services, and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements, transforming them into user stories, technical specifications, and solution design documents.
  • Contributing to long-term roadmap planning and defining KPIs for the Power Platform domain.
Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform professional with strong technical depth and proven leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
  • Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Fx, responsive design, and component libraries.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows), including complex automation and error handling.
  • Solid experience with Dataverse data modeling, security roles, business rules, and calculated fields.

  • Experience with CI/CD and ALM practices using Azure DevOps or Power Platform Pipelines.
  • Good SQL knowledge for working with Dataverse and SQL Server environments.
  • Proven experience in technical leadership, including code reviews, architecture reviews, and mentoring teams.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and structured documentation.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Microsoft PL-400 certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
  • English proficiency at B1+ level and fluency in Ukrainian.
Benefits:
