Senior Product Manager, Platform & Integrations

Job description

About the Role

Regal is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Platform & Integrations to own the platform capabilities and partner ecosystem that power our digital products.

Unlike customer-facing Product Managers, this role's primary customers are developers and technical partners, both inside and outside Regal. You will define and improve the APIs, integrations, technical capabilities, and partner experiences that enable Regal's ticketing, ordering, loyalty, payments, and future digital products.

This is a highly technical product role, but not a coding role. You will have GitHub access to engage with technical documentation and develop a deep understanding of the technical landscape, but you will not be expected to write production code. You must, however, be a credible thought partner to senior engineers and able to represent Regal confidently in technical meetings with sophisticated enterprise technology partners.

You will inherit and improve existing third-party integrations, help migrate partners to better solutions, and create structure where little exists today. Success requires technical depth, external-facing judgment, clear communication, and the ability to balance conviction with patience and collaboration. This role is open to Remote US based candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for Regal's platform and integration capabilities.
  • Define APIs, observation strategies, integration requirements, developer experiences, and partner-facing documentation standards.
  • Partner closely with Engineering as a technical product thought partner, clarifying tradeoffs, requirements, and implementation paths.
  • Lead external relationships with enterprise technology partners from evaluation through implementation, migration, and ongoing optimization.
  • Improve, replace, or modernize legacy third-party integrations while minimizing operational disruption.
  • Help internal and external developers adopt new platform capabilities and migrate away from weaker legacy solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts, tradeoffs, risks, and opportunities clearly to business and technical audiences.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with meaningful ownership of APIs, integrations, platforms, enterprise systems, or technical products.
  • Strong technical acumen and credibility with engineers, architects, and external technology partners.
  • Experience managing third-party integrations, vendor relationships, and partner adoption or migration efforts.
  • Ability to define technical requirements and recognize what good API documentation and integration design look like.
  • Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous environments and creating clarity where products or processes are immature.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills across technical and business teams.

Preferred

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Prior experience as a software engineer, forward-deployed engineer, backend engineer, solutions architect, technical lead, or similar technical role.
  • Deep exposure to modern .NET stack and Azure.
  • Experience writing API documentation and managing developer-facing products.
  • Experience with enterprise software vendors, payment providers, e-commerce platforms, loyalty platforms and/or integrations with third party point-of-sale sytems.
  • Experience in a non-technology company building modern product and engineering practices.

What Success Looks Like

  • Regal's integration ecosystem becomes easier for partners and internal teams to adopt and maintain.
  • Regal’s API platform migrates to cloud-native technologies.
  • Legacy integrations are improved, replaced, or modernized.
  • Strategic partners can integrate with Regal more quickly and effectively.
  • Engineering teams view Product as a credible technical thought partner.
  • Platform capabilities evolve from one-off implementations into reusable products that accelerate future digital initiatives.
