As a Telehealth Professional Counselor, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Utilizing an electronic medical record (EMR) system to track, document, and communicate client progress towards therapeutic goals.
• Actively participating in mandatory team meetings to discuss strategies for client care and organizational improvements.
• Adhering strictly to relevant ethical codes to maintain the highest standards of counseling practice.
• Implementing all protocols and policies set forth by Inward Healing, ensuring compliance and quality of service delivery.
• Maintaining a regular work schedule as established in coordination with your direct supervisor, fostering reliability in client interactions.
• Carrying out directives and administrative tasks promptly to guarantee a seamless workflow within the organization.

Your work will primarily focus on young individuals facing various challenges that affect their academic and personal well-being. You will employ therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, promoting holistic healing and resilience. By fostering a nurturing environment, you will help clients navigate their issues and work towards achieving their life goals.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of care while managing a diverse caseload efficiently.
• Possess exceptional organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

While not required, the following experiences will enhance your application:

• Prior experience in a telehealth or outpatient mental health setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment, promoting a spirit of collaboration and support among staff.

The Telehealth Professional Counselor position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
