What you'll do
  • Own customer onboarding: We understand customer needs and own the technical onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they're accurately integrated into our system.
  • Process improvement: Develop best practices and continuously identify areas of the onboarding process that can be improved to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Project management: Coordinate and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with a modern tech stack: We use Python/Flask, NextJS/React and Tailwind CSS.

You should have
  • 3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer (Python experience preferred).
  • Embraces rapid prototyping with a tight customer-feedback loop.
  • Interest in taking ownership of major initiatives.
  • Team player with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Excited to learn and receive feedback from other team members.
