As an LCSW at Dynamic Living, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on established best practices.
• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities tailored to client preferences and needs.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation and records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and quality standards.
• Collaboration with the multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers, to guarantee holistic and coordinated care for clients.
• Regularly participating in case consultations, peer reviews, and team meetings to continually enhance the quality of mental health care.
• Providing education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding mental health treatment options and applicable community resources.
• Staying informed about the latest research, therapies, and advancements in mental health to ensure your clinical knowledge remains current and integrated into practice.

You will serve a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health disorders. This role emphasizes not just treatment but also supportive coaching, with a focus on empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• At least 3 years of direct clinical experience, particularly in psychotherapy services.
• Proficient knowledge of solution-based interventions and therapeutic techniques.
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and professional colleagues.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Previous experience working in a hospital or outpatient clinical setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms for efficient patient management.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of client interactions effectively.
