Raytheon Digital Technology (DT) has an exciting opportunity for a Capture Engagement Lead (CEL - P5) in DT P&I Program Architecture. The CEL provides leadership and management of the DT captures for multiple Naval Power SBU program proposals. The candidate will work closely across multi-functional teams including Program, Capture and DT leadership on the DT proposal portfolio and will require influence across multiple functional areas. The individual should possess a complete understanding of the Capture and Proposal process. They will utilize a strong background in supporting proposals and programs through experience in team collaboration and project management.
  • This position requires the ability and willingness to travel domestically based on the needs of the business.
  • This role will require the individual to work fully remotely (within the domestic US 50 states, excluding US Territories)

What You Will Do
  • Serve as the primary Digital Technology (DT) touchpoint for all early gate capture support for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
  • Partner with SBU Program Architects as part of the DT proposal response Agile workflows
  • Support the Agile initiatives, data capture and workflow management of the DT Front End of the Business (FEOTB) portfolio
  • Inform stakeholders and partner with Proposal Leads when transitioning proposal efforts
  • Support special projects related to Program Architecture, as necessary Proactive engagement across the DT organization as well as related functions and stakeholders

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years' experience
  • Experience with proposal preparation, IT and Engineering requirements analysis, cost and schedule estimation and technical documentation related to the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Experience with Contracts, BOEs, IT and Engineering Processes and Practices and facilitating and responding to Requests for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposals (RFP).
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Extensive experience as an Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager, leading cross-functional teams with PMP and/or PMX/CMX Certification HIGHLY Desired
  • Expertise in project management, risk/opportunity analysis, cost analysis (CAM), and performance tracking across complex programs.
  • Strong leadership skills, adept at motivating teams, managing large portfolios/backlogs, and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Math or STEM degree preferred.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
