Job Summary 

Lead the review, design, implementation, and support of lending system solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Provide leadership to the loan systems team, handle escalations, recommend new lending technologies, and resolve system and technical challenges. Foster inclusivity and wellbeing while driving impactful improvements to system functionality and user experience.

What You'll Do

  • Design and support lending systems, ensuring effective integration with interrelated systems.
  • Manage user experience, workflows, system configurations, rate changes, programming rules, and reports.
  • Identify and coordinate system updates and guide testing for functionality improvements.
  • Align product vision with management to maximize value for team and members.
  • Translate business requirements into system designs and workflows.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor team members.
  • Manage product backlogs, prioritize requirements, and mitigate risks.

What You'll Bring

Level I

  • Knowledge typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 0- 2 years of programming, quality assurance, end user testing or related experience required.
  • One year of lending or lending support experience preferred.

Level II

  • Knowledge typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 2 - 4 years of programming, quality assurance, end user testing or related experience required.
  • One year of lending or lending support experience preferred.

Level III

Knowledge typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field, or equivalent experience required.

  • At least one year of experience mentoring teams required.
  • 4 - 6 years of programming experience required.
  • Five years of lending or lending support experience preferred.
