Job Title: SDR Specialist – CNC & Panel Solutions

About the Role

Step into the role of SDR Specialist for CNC & Panel Solutions, representing advanced manufacturing and engineering capabilities including:

  • Precision CNC Machining

  • Custom Control Panels

  • Sheet Metal Fabrication

  • PCB Fabrication

You will work with OEMs, electronics manufacturers, and industrial firms that require custom-engineered solutions, helping them solve production, fabrication, and design challenges.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and engage technical decision-makers (Engineering, Operations, Procurement)

  • Consult with clients to understand technical requirements and project scope

  • Build pipeline through:

    • LinkedIn networking (primary channel)

    • AI-assisted outreach using ChatGPT

    • Email follow-ups and structured messaging

  • Position TSA’s manufacturing and panel capabilities as scalable, engineering-aligned solutions

  • Track outreach, pipeline, and activity using:

    • Excel

    • CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce)
