Position Overview 

Are you a Landscape Architect, Professional Engineer, Civil Engineer, CADD Designer, or Construction Inspector looking for a flexible way to work?

Requirements

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

What You'll Do 

  • Conduct title research to verify property ownership. 
  • Negotiate right-of-way acquisitions with landowners in compliance with ODOT and federal requirements. 
  • Manage closings and ensure all acquisition documents are accurate and complete. 
  • Use acquisition tools and processes required to clear projects. 
  • Communicate with property owners, stakeholders, and project teams to maintain schedules. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support project delivery. 
  • Leverage technology to improve efficiency and workflow. 
  • Maintain organized project documentation. 
  • Perform field activities as required. Follow company quality and safety protocols. 
  • Apply analytical problem-solving to acquisition and project challenges.
