Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • System Integration & API Engineering: Design, build, and maintain robust custom integrations, middleware, and webhooks connecting 3P SaaS tools (e.g., Atlassian/JSM, enterprise AI tools, developer software) with internal systems.
  • Tool Optimization & Rationalization: Partner with SAM/HAM, DevInfra, and procurement teams to evaluate new software requests, track usage metrics, and streamline the enterprise SaaS footprint.
  • Automation & Workflow Engineering: Write scripts and build data pipelines to automate end-user provisioning, budget/wallet token allocations, and cross-platform data syncs.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical point of contact for complex app integrations, resolving system failures alongside external vendors and internal IT teams.
  • Experience managing or deploying developer AI integrations (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor APIs) and enterprise usage tracking frameworks.
  • Vendor & SLA Oversight: Manage third-party software vendors, negotiate support contracts, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Budgeting & Licensing: Track software licensing compliance, seat utilization, and cost-center budgets.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Translate business department requests into actionable technical requirements for IT and development teams.

Pay Ranges
In The United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $149,400 - $195,050
Zone B: $134,460 - $175,545
Zone C: $124,002 - $161,892
