As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in building and scaling high-performing teams across multiple locations and functions at SendCutSend. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a wide range of positions including manufacturing, operations, software engineering, technical, leadership, and hard-to-fill specialized roles. You will proactively identify and engage top talent through strategic sourcing, networking, and relationship building while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders, support hiring efforts, define role requirements, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will also contribute to recruiting operations, employer branding initiatives, process improvements, and talent programs that support the continued growth and success of the organization.


This position is headquartered in Reno, NV. Preference may be given to local Reno-area candidates, but we are open to remote candidates as well.

What you'll do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for manufacturing, operational, software engineering, technical, and leadership positions across multiple locations
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and support recruiting efforts across multiple teams and functions
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry associations, sourcing platforms, and community outreach initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions while developing long-term candidate relationships
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical qualifications, leadership capabilities, cultural alignment, and overall fit for the organization
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, candidate communication, feedback collection, and offer coordination
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and reporting within the applicant tracking system while ensuring data integrity and process consistency
  • Write and optimize compelling job postings and recruiting outreach content to attract top talent across a variety of functions and experience levels
  • Support recruiting analytics and reporting by tracking hiring metrics, maintaining recruiting data, and identifying opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality
  • Serve as a resource to hiring managers on interviewing best practices, market trends, compensation insights, and hiring strategies
  • Support employer branding initiatives, hiring events, job fairs, university partnerships, and community outreach efforts
  • Assist with onboarding coordination, internal transfers, recruiting process improvements, and other talent acquisition initiatives
  • Help support a positive candidate experience and continuous improvement across recruiting workflows, processes, and team operations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles including technical, operational, manufacturing, and leadership positions
  • Experience proactively sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, and other sourcing tools
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with the ability to evaluate technical competencies, leadership potential, and organizational fit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting workflows; experience with Paylocity preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments, teams, and locations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting within manufacturing, operations, engineering, software engineering, skilled trades, or supply chain environments
  • Experience hiring for leadership, management, or highly specialized technical positions
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring and multi-location recruiting environments
  • Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar talent sourcing platforms
  • Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and structured interviewing techniques
  • Experience supporting employer branding or talent acquisition process improvement initiatives

Essential Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing work duties
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers

Work Environment

  • This role works across office environments in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that requires communication, organization, and coordination across teams in the organization. 
  • Occasional travel to company facilities, hiring events, or community outreach activities may be required.
