Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking two Senior Salesforce Engineers to take on critical, hands-on roles in development, integration, and platform enhancements. This position involves migrating from Classic to Lightning Experience and supporting portal migrations. You will be an integral part of a seven-person Salesforce squad focused on delivering scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable solutions using Service Cloud, Lightning (Aura), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex.
  • Support major MuleSoft integrations involving SOAP/REST APIs for platform conversion activities.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Engineer on architecture and solution design.
  • Assist in the migration from Classic to Lightning Experience and support portal migrations.
  • Implement and support DevOps pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.
  • Build and optimize Salesforce components that integrate with AWS-based systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across front-end, back-end, and integration layers.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of Salesforce engineering experience.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning (Aura), and Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong experience with the Web-to-Case business process.
  • Experience with integrations through SOAP/REST and MuleSoft.
  • CI/CD experience with Jenkins and GitLab.
  • Experience working with AWS-integrated Salesforce environments.
