As a member of our community health clinic team, you will work remotely, allowing for a flexible schedule that prioritizes work-life balance. • Facilitate and lead parent support groups, creating safe and therapeutic environments for discussion and growth.
• Deliver specialized training and counseling to parents of children with mental health needs, focusing on those grappling with challenges surrounding parenting and adoption, particularly for children exposed to substances prenatally.
• Conduct comprehensive temperament counseling for parents to address their own needs while enhancing their parenting skills.
• Perform developmental evaluations of children to monitor growth and identify potential areas for intervention.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all provided services, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and reporting requirements.

In this role, you will work primarily with families, including parents and their children, who face a myriad of challenges associated with mental health issues, substance exposure, and adverse childhood experiences. Your focus will be to empower parents with skills and resources to foster healthier family dynamics and improve developmental outcomes for their children.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment, with at least one year specifically within a mental health context.
• Proven background in parent-child interventions and effective parenting strategies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of normal child development, behavioral issues, and child abuse/neglect.

• Experience with case management in a social service or healthcare setting, particularly in child welfare or family therapy services.
• Familiarity with virtual counseling tools and teletherapy platforms that enhance patient engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and effectively in a remote team environment.

We offer a competitive annual salary of USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a salary, our benefits package includes:
