• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing structured interviews and standardized tools to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, focusing on solution-based practices that empower clients to navigate their mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, leveraging our electronic health record system.

This role primarily serves a diverse patient base within the Largo community, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses. You will work with clients facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment issues. Your expertise will be pivotal in helping them improve their quality of life, achieve their therapeutic goals, and foster resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, with deep knowledge of social work practices and principles.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.
