• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on established evidence-based practices.
• Utilize various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting these approaches to fit the remote therapeutic environment.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with an exceptional multidisciplinary treatment team, connecting with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals through virtual platforms for integrated care delivery.
• Engage in regular peer consultations and case reviews, utilizing video conferencing software to discuss treatment strategies and improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health topics and available resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
• Stay current on the latest mental health research, integrating new knowledge into your practice to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and patient care.

You will be working with a diverse range of patients, including those in detox recovery and individuals facing various mental health challenges. This role requires a sensitivity to the unique backgrounds and experiences of patients while providing compassionate care that promotes healing and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited program is required.
• A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• At least two years of clinical experience in psychotherapy, particularly in a remote setting, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques and adaptability to various treatment modalities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients via virtual platforms.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate remote work dynamics effectively.
