• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms on clients' daily functioning.
• Work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on their specific goals, needs, and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mood disorders, available treatment options, and strategies for self-care and resilience.
• Track and document clients' progress throughout treatment, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessitated by clients' evolving needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, ensuring all aspects of a client's health are addressed.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and treatment, applying this knowledge to enhance evidence-based practices.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities to promote skill enhancement and teamwork.
• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, fostering a culture of acceptance and reducing stigma around mood disorders.

As a Mental Health Clinician specializing in mood disorders, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, all experiencing challenges affecting their mental health. Your expertise will be fundamental in helping clients navigate through difficult emotions, gained insight into their disorders, and establish effective coping strategies, contributing significantly to their recovery journeys.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A demonstrated commitment to the practice of mental health therapy, supported by a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly CBT and DBT, with a strong understanding of psychopharmacology to coordinate effectively with medical professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with a varied client demographic.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by the possibility of performance-based bonuses. Additionally, we provide a generous sign-on bonus to assist you in your transition to our practice.
