Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose mental health conditions when appropriate, and evaluate patient statuses using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). Develop personalized treatment plans that address cultural diversity and specific needs for each patient.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, utilizing intervention strategies tailored to support mental health diagnoses actively.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, treatment records, and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental protocols, employing current technology to streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with patients and their families to formulate comprehensive treatment plans that align with their unique needs, desired outcomes, and expectations.
