Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patientsโ€™ mental health and substance use challenges, forming a foundation for effective treatment plans.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans specific to each patientโ€™s unique circumstances and goals.
  • Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and other innovative strategies.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure seamless communication within the treatment team.
  • Engage in regular collaboration with physicians, nurses, and addiction specialists to coordinate comprehensive care and facilitate multidisciplinary treatment approaches.
  • Provide psychoeducation and ongoing support to patients and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of recovery.
  • Stay abreast of current research and clinical advancements in mental health and substance abuse treatment to ensure best practices in care delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse client base consisting of individuals in early recovery from substance use disorders. Many of our patients also face co-occurring mental health issues, requiring nuanced therapeutic interventions. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
