Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting personalized individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, utilizing a solution-focused approach to address clients' unique mental health needs.
• Encouraging clients to articulate their emotions and life experiences, fostering insight and promoting self-awareness essential for mental health improvement.
• Developing tailored treatment plans through thorough evaluations of clients' mental states, implementing strategies that reflect your clinical expertise and knowledge.
• Acting as an advocate for clients, guiding them in defining achievable goals, and supporting their journey towards recovery and wellness.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential case notes while managing client progress effectively using our digital counselor portal.

You will primarily work with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Your ability to empathize with clients who are navigating complex issues will be essential as you provide therapy focused on stabilizing their mental health and improving their quality of life.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, paired with exceptional interpersonal abilities to engage clients effectively.
• An independent work ethic coupled with strong computer literacy to navigate digital platforms smoothly.
• A dedicated, private workspace at home compliant with confidentiality requirements.

We prefer candidates with:

• Experience managing a diverse caseload of clients.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on hours worked and experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome our new team members.
