As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will involve providing therapeutic services to clients facing various mental health issues. Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical evaluations and assessments to understand patient needs and create effective treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals.
• Implementing and administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices tailored to each client’s distinct circumstances.
• Maintaining accurate, comprehensive clinical records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and regulatory standards to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Engaging in collaborative care by working together with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and holistic treatments for clients.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer feedback sessions to continually improve clinical outcomes and share knowledge among colleagues.
• Providing educational resources and support for clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment choices, and how to navigate available community support systems.
• Staying informed on the latest research in the mental health field to apply new knowledge to your practice, ensuring the highest standard of care.

You will work with a diverse group of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who seek support for various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role is crucial in guiding these individuals toward improved mental health outcomes through personalized, compassionate care.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience, specifically in providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Strong proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques and other evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills that allow for effective case management.
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to engage in teamwork within a multi-disciplinary clinical environment.

• Experience working in a remote clinical setting or telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with community resources and services in Vallejo, California.
• Training in trauma-informed care or specialty areas such as addiction, developmental disabilities, or family therapy.

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide:
