Caremark LLC, a CVS Health Company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr. Manager Data Science to: Leads data science team to develop insights from data in order to investigate complex business problems through a range of data preparation, modeling, analysis and/or visualization techniques, including predictive analysis, business intelligence, pattern recognition, operational effectiveness and/or economic forecasting. Directs activities of data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to drive excellence in data science projects and deliverables. Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related
occupation. Position requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following:

Analyzing large data sets from multiple data sources;
Analytics experience within the retail and/or healthcare industries;
Machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling;
Programming in R, Hadoop, or Python;
R, Python, or SQL;
SAS or SQL programming languages;
Visualization tools, including PowerBI or Tableau;
Coding in Python, R, SAS, Julia, Gurobi, or CPLEX;
Designing data models and solutions for analytical and reporting use cases; and Machine Learning or NLP (Scikit-Learn, SpaCity, Pytorch, or Spark NLP).


Position requires at least one (1) year in each of the following:
Team supervision, including assessing employees performance, providing feedback and training to improve work quality;
Development of quality assurance standard to ensure compliance meets industry standards; and

Provide analysis and proposals for improvements to existing methods, systems and procedures such as operations, communications & report management.

Pay Range: $140650.00/year to $260590.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
