ProMind Wellness Clinic, LLC is seeking dedicated and fully licensed Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our remote mental health team. Our LCSWs are responsible for delivering psychotherapeutic services to clients experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and developing personalized treatment plans using best practices and solution-focused techniques.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and reflective of clients' progress.
• Collaborating actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health practitioners, ensuring coordinated care that optimizes client outcomes.
• Participating in routine case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at enhancing service delivery and sharing best practices among team members.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.
• Keeping abreast of the latest developments in the mental health field by engaging in professional development and incorporating new insights into practice.

As a member of ProMind Wellness Clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, supporting individuals from various demographics and backgrounds struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. This role provides you with the platform to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives by facilitating their journey toward mental wellness.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this position.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy services, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.

• Previous experience working in a remote setting is advantageous, showcasing the ability to manage virtual client interactions effectively.
• Expertise in solution-focused, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that promote holistic client care is preferred.
• A background in working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or those with substance use disorders may enhance your candidacy.
