The successful candidate will work in a fully remote setting, leveraging telehealth technology to connect with clients and provide counseling services. Our team operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a focus on collaborative care alongside other mental health professionals. By maintaining a flexible work schedule, we position our employees to offer the best care possible while balancing their work-life responsibilities.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental status exams to accurately evaluate client needs and recognize changes in their mental health status.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at guiding clients toward their therapeutic goals, regularly modifying these plans based on progress and client feedback.
• Foster collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive and well-coordinated care for clients.
• Respond to client crises promptly by providing crisis intervention techniques and emotional support.
• Stay updated on the most current mental health practices and integrate new techniques and resources into your therapy sessions.

This role primarily serves a diverse client base within the Fresno area, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will work closely with adolescents and adults experiencing mental health challenges, ensuring that culturally relevant approaches are utilized in treatment. By addressing both individual and community needs, your work will contribute to improving the overall mental health climate in the region.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field with an active clinical license (LCSW) in California.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, providing mental health services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in crisis intervention strategies and developing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a commitment to collaborative practice.
• Strong compassion and positive attitude toward supporting clients through their mental health journeys.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.

• Experience with integrated care models and community-based mental health services.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Previous work with underserved populations or in community health settings.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
