As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Greater City Family Counseling, you will be entrusted with several key responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health, utilizing industry-standard tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Regularly monitoring and evaluating patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed to support mental health diagnoses effectively.
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and departmental standards.
• Collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to establish and implement individualized care plans that address specific needs and desired outcomes.
• Coordinating referrals to other treatment providers and resources, acting as a liaison to enhance the continuity of care.
• Providing mentorship and supervision for students and interns, promoting professional growth within the team.
• Participating in peer review sessions and clinical collaborations, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
