As a CWMD Strategy & Policy Analyst, you'll bring your analytical, strategic, and operational expertise to support Air Force nuclear and CWMD planning. You'll use your expertise to evaluate policies, develop procedural frameworks, and provide data-driven insights that integrate treaty compliance objectives and CWMD strategic readiness goals within the Air Force's operational priorities.

You Have:
  • Experience conducting in-depth research and analysis to support CWMD programs and policy development aligned with Air Force operational goals
  • Knowledge of U.S. Air Force CWMD strategies, treaty frameworks, and operational readiness structures such as ReARMM
  • Ability to analyze policies, identify gaps, and create procedural recommendations using data-driven reporting that aligns with mission-critical objectives
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting readiness validation frameworks and document preparation for mission-level objectives
  • Knowledge of JCIDS, MDMP, and defense planning methodologies
  • Ability to synthesize operational data from various sources into structured insights that inform policy adjustments and readiness protocols for CWMD operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Government, Public Policy, or National Security Studies

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
