About the Role

Wild Horse Staffing is looking for a motivated and relationship focused Client Manager to join our growing team! The Client Manager plays a key role in building strong relationships with healthcare facilities and ensuring their staffing needs are met with qualified, dependable clinicians.

This is a remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients, and is passionate about healthcare staffing. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned facilities and manage the client relationship from the initial staffing request through the clinician’s assignment.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned healthcare facilities.

  • Respond quickly and effectively to client staffing needs.

  • Communicate regularly with facilities to understand current and upcoming staffing needs.

  • Follow up on clinician submissions, interviews, offers, starts, and assignment updates.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients and clinicians to ensure expectations are being met.

  • Identify, address, and resolve concerns involving clinicians and client facilities.

  • Work closely with recruiters to identify and submit qualified candidates.

  • Coordinate assignment agreements and support the placement process.

  • Assist with onboarding and compliance coordination.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client communications, staffing needs, submissions, and assignments.

  • Help identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and develop long-term partnerships.
