• Conduct virtual assessments and individual counseling sessions, utilizing the platform's tools to set and track client goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs and preferences.

• Communicate regularly with clients to provide support, feedback, and encouragement through various communication methods.

The ideal candidate will focus primarily on stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship challenges, and grief counseling needs. Our platform’s screening process ensures that therapists engage with clients who are ready and willing to pursue healing and growth.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A full, independent LPCC license in the state of California, with no disciplinary actions on record.
• A reliable internet connection and appropriate technology, including a working phone and PC or laptop (tablets are not supported).

• Prior experience counseling clients through telehealth platforms is preferred but not essential.
• Experience working with adult populations experiencing low-acuity mental health challenges will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with various digital communication tools and electronic health records is a plus.
