This full-time position offers an annual salary between USD 120,000 and 130,000 based on experience and qualifications. • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments that are age and culturally appropriate, addressing mental health, substance use, and other relevant needs within the school setting.
• Deliver behavioral health services through individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support positive outcomes.
• Document progress notes and treatment plans electronically, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational guidelines.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, effectively managing high-risk situations and making sound independent judgments regarding the well-being of students.
• Serve as a liaison for students and families, connecting them with community resources, support programs, and local agencies for further assistance.
• Collaborate with quality improvement teams to develop and implement ongoing data collection processes that help enhance service delivery.

Your primary focus will be on students within the educational system, ages ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. This role requires a keen understanding of the challenges faced by children and adolescents, particularly in relation to mental health and socio-emotional hurdles. You will provide individualized support while also addressing family dynamics and the wider community context impacting students’ lives.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, with a minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficient in various counseling techniques, crisis intervention strategies, and the ability to make independent judgments related to direct services.
• Ability to facilitate group sessions and possess planning and organizational skills pertinent to developing effective support systems.

• Previous experience working within school systems or with youth populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for documentation and assessment is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
