Remote Client Benefits Specialist

We are currently seeking motivated and coachable individuals interested in building a long-term remote career opportunity.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide structured onboarding, mentorship, virtual training, and licensing guidance for qualified candidates.

This position is ideal for individuals transitioning from:
  • hospitality
  • retail
  • customer service

  • administrative
  • trade or service industries
  • other client-facing roles

Responsibilities

  • Meet virtually with clients through Zoom
  • Review available benefit programs and coverage options
  • Assist clients with enrollment when appropriate
  • Maintain professional communication and follow-up
  • Participate in virtual training and mentorship

Licensing Information

This opportunity requires obtaining a state life insurance license.

For applicants, our team assists qualified candidates with:

  • Resident state licensing guidance
  • Pre-licensing education resources

  • Georgia Non-Resident licensing after resident approval

Most candidates complete the licensing process within approximately 1-2 weeks depending on state processing and personal momentum.
