• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients seeking mental health support.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Document each session comprehensively, ensuring accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and adjustments to care.

The clients you will serve span a wide range of backgrounds, ages, and mental health challenges. This role primarily focuses on providing mental health counseling to adults in a community health clinic environment, collaborating closely with stakeholders, including schools and healthcare providers, to ensure our clients receive comprehensive support. • A master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• A clean professional record, free from any disciplinary actions from licensing boards.
