This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. You will utilize our state-of-the-art telehealth platform to conduct therapy sessions, providing you with an opportunity to connect with clients nationwide without the constraints of traditional office environments. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and mental health evaluations to accurately determine clients' needs and treatment objectives.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring alignment with their personal goals.
• Provide virtual one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of adult clients.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training sessions and workshops, to stay current with industry standards and practices.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately while minimizing administrative burdens to focus on clinical work.

This role primarily involves working with adult clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and relationship challenges. Our approach emphasizes understanding each client's unique experiences and needs, fostering trust and rapport to promote effective therapeutic outcomes.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while maintaining a manageable caseload.
• A clean professional history with no disciplinary actions on record.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, especially those effective for adult populations.
• Previous experience in developing treatment plans and conducting mental health assessments is a plus.
