Remote Clay Modeler information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Remote Clay Modeler, and why are they important?

A Remote Clay Modeler needs strong artistic ability, attention to detail, and experience in sculpting, often supported by a background in industrial design, fine arts, or a related field. Proficiency with digital sculpting tools like ZBrush, Blender, or Autodesk Alias is typically required, along with familiarity with file sharing and remote collaboration platforms. Strong communication, time management, and self-motivation are essential soft skills for working effectively with distributed design teams. These skills ensure high-quality 3D models that meet client specifications while maintaining productivity and collaboration in a remote work environment.

What are remote clay modelers?

Remote clay modelers are professionals who create three-dimensional models using digital sculpting software to replicate the traditional clay modeling process for industries such as automotive design, animation, and gaming. They work remotely, collaborating with design teams via online tools to visualize and refine concepts. This role requires strong artistic skills, proficiency in 3D modeling programs like ZBrush or Blender, and the ability to interpret design briefs virtually. Remote clay modelers play a critical role in bringing creative ideas to life without being physically present in a studio or workshop.

What is the difference between Remote Clay Modeler vs Remote 3D Artist?

The Remote Clay Modeler specializes in traditional clay sculpting techniques, often focusing on character or prototype modeling for industries like animation and toy design. In contrast, a Remote 3D Artist works primarily with digital tools to create detailed 3D models for various media. While both roles require artistic talent, the Clay Modeler emphasizes hands-on sculpting skills, whereas the 3D Artist relies on digital software expertise.

How do Remote Clay Modelers collaborate with design teams and integrate feedback effectively while working from a distance?

Remote Clay Modelers typically use video conferencing, digital sculpting tools, and file-sharing platforms to work closely with design and engineering teams. While physical clay modeling is sometimes required, much of the collaboration relies on regular virtual check-ins, detailed photo or 3D scans, and annotated feedback. Clear communication and proactive updates are essential to ensure alignment with the team's vision and project timelines. Embracing these digital workflows helps remote modelers stay connected and responsive to iterative feedback from stakeholders.

ServiceCore and Docket are rapidly-growing field-service Software as a Service platforms serving the portable sanitation and dumpster industries. Named the #80 fastest-growing software company in America by Inc. 5000, we're redefining how our customers manage their businesses. Our software helps hardworking business owners save time, stay organized, and get paid faster by streamlining job management, route optimization, inventory tracking, and billing automation. Our customers work hard, and so do we - giving them tools to get more done with less stress. We live by our core values of Love Our Customers, Be Real, Give a Shit, Deliver Results, and of course, Keep it Fun. ServiceCore provides hard-working individuals the opportunity to work and grow within an agile, fast-paced start-up environment. We are proud of our accomplishments and take our jobs seriously while not taking ourselves too seriously. We believe in growing together, celebrating successes, and empowering each team member to make a real impact.

Role Overview

ServiceCore is scaling its revenue organization and hiring a GTM Engineer to serve as the dedicated builder for our AI-powered go-to-market motion. You will design, build, and ship AI-powered agents and workflow automation that directly accelerate our go-to-market teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager of RevOps, this is an individual contributor role. You'll take a GTM organization with strong fundamentals and build the architecture and execution of systems that fundamentally change how we work. This looks like maintaining clean data, creating trusted reporting, launching repeatable processes, and building AI-powered workflows that make selling faster and smarter. You'll be the dedicated builder of this function, defining what an AI-powered GTM motion looks like at ServiceCore and holding real accountability for making it work. This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing hybrid office/WFH team based in Denver, CO.

Roles and Responsibilities

To build and operationalize the AI infrastructure behind our go-to-market motion, you will:

Design and Build AI-powered GTM systems

  • Shape how AI shows up in the sales and demand generation motion. Roll out and drive adoption through tools that reduce manual work and sharpen rep efficiency.
  • Use Gong intelligence, Clay enrichment, Claude, and AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive work and improve outreach quality and timing.
  • Build reusable AI workflows and agents that allow the team to self-serve on pipeline reporting, deal review prep, forecasting, and SDR outreach without manual effort
  • Apply LLM capabilities, prompt orchestration, and agentic frameworks to reduce repetitive work and surface stronger signals for reps and leadership

Own the GTM tech integrations

  • Build and evolve integrations across our core GTM stack: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clay, Chili Piper, and HubSpot
  • Design enrichment pipelines and data flows that feed GTM systems with the right context at the right time
  • Set standards for how automations connect to our systems and evolve them as our AI footprint grows

Partner with the GTM team to prioritize and deliver

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CX to scope and prioritize what gets built, ensure alignment, and drive adoption
  • Bring technical judgment to tool and framework evaluations
  • Maintain process documentation, playbooks, and SOPs so new reps ramp faster and the team scales without losing consistency.
  • Stay current on emerging AI models, automation tooling, and orchestration platforms, and bring the best ideas back to the team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical revenue operations, sales systems, or GTM engineering role
  • Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS
  • Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks
  • Working knowledge of AI models, LLM applications, prompt orchestration, and AI-driven workflow design
  • Experience with automation and orchestration platforms such as Zapier, custom API integrations, or MCP servers
  • Proficiency with Salesforce APIs, reporting, and object relationships
  • Experience with modern GTM tooling, including Gong, Clay, Hubspot, and Outreach
  • Strong judgment, a bias for action, and the ability to bring recommendations to the table cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated ability to take a business process and translate it into a working technical system with minimal hand-holding

Work Environment

  • Casual, open-office environment
  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office for local employees (free on-site parking!)
  • Weekly catered lunches on Tuesday (if in Denver)
  • Fully stocked kitchen with fresh food, snacks, and coffee (if in Denver)
  • Hybrid and fully-remote work
  • Regular company events / outings

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $115-150K (Dependent on Experience)
  • 14 Company Holidays in addition to an Open Time Off policy
  • Healthcare, dental and vision insurance with generous employer contributions
  • 401(k) w/ match
  • Regular weekly lunches and a fully-stocked kitchen (if in Denver)
  • Bi-weekly Grubhub lunch stipend for remote folks
  • Company-provided hardware of your choice/configuration
  • A Strong Company Culture that Lives by Our Core Values - Love our Customers, Be Real, Give a Shit, Deliver Results, and Keep it Fun.

Ready to Apply?

If you believe you match the above criteria and are desiring a dynamic start-up environment with a management team that is dedicated to your success, then please apply!
