• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the individual needs of clients and craft effective, tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver individual therapy, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Establish personalized therapeutic goals and track client progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges or those who prefer virtual interactions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring that all client records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Engage in continual professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest therapy techniques and mental health trends.

At Mind Foundation Counseling Center, LLC, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing various mental health disorders and life transitions. Our client base includes children, adults, and families dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. This role is pivotal in helping clients navigate their unique journeys towards healing and personal growth.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting client-therapist relationships.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or virtual counseling sessions.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Prior experience in a community health setting or private practice is advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
