Accountabilities:

The Video Creator will be responsible for producing, editing, and optimizing video content for advertising campaigns while ensuring strong storytelling, brand alignment, and performance outcomes.

  • Create engaging promotional videos for paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality video advertisements optimized for audience engagement and conversions.
  • Develop both short-form and long-form video content tailored to different marketing objectives and platforms.
  • Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, music, visual effects, and other creative elements when appropriate.
  • Adapt video assets to multiple formats, aspect ratios, and channel requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute creative concepts and align videos with campaign goals.
  • Revise and improve content based on feedback while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on video advertising trends, creative strategies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Support the creation of performance-driven content that strengthens brand visibility and customer engagement.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience creating promotional video content and understands how creative decisions influence marketing performance.

  • Proven experience creating promotional and advertising videos.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful video projects, preferably for home services, e-commerce, or performance marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms.
  • Experience producing social media ad creatives designed for engagement and conversions.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, branding, and direct-response marketing principles.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Experience creating UGC-style advertisements and performance marketing creatives is a plus.
