PEGA RPA--Senior Application Development Engineer 

Contract Duration: Through December 31, 2026 (with potential for extension or conversion)

Location: Remote – Anywhere in the United States

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (No overtime anticipated)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Application Development Engineer with strong PEGA RPA experience to join an Agile development team supporting a large-scale enterprise automation initiative. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy robotic process automation (RPA) solutions while collaborating with developers, business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-impact automation project with potential for long-term work beyond the initial engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade PEGA RPA solutions.

  • Participate in all Agile Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver application enhancements.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following established coding standards.

  • Perform software testing, deployment, and production support activities.

  • Troubleshoot application issues and resolve defects in a timely manner.

  • Participate in peer code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

  • Provide regular status updates and work collaboratively to remove project impediments.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on code quality and development best practices.

  1. 5+ years of hands-on PEGA RPA development experience (Required)
