What is a remote Christian house parent?

Remote Christian House Parents are individuals or couples who provide care, guidance, and supervision to children or teens in a residential setting, often affiliated with a Christian organization. While 'remote' can sometimes refer to the location being away from urban centers, it more commonly means that the house parents live on-site at the facility rather than working from their own home. Their responsibilities include creating a nurturing, faith-based environment, managing daily routines, and supporting the emotional and spiritual development of the residents. They play a key role in modeling Christian values and fostering a sense of family within the home. This position typically requires a commitment to Christian beliefs, strong interpersonal skills, and experience working with youth.

What skills and qualifications are needed to be a remote Christian house parent?

To thrive as a Remote Christian House Parent, you need experience in child or youth care, a strong personal faith, and often a high school diploma or higher education in social services or ministry. Familiarity with case management software, virtual communication tools, and child safety protocols is typically required. Patience, compassion, leadership, and effective communication are vital soft skills for building trust and a nurturing environment. These skills ensure the well-being and development of children while maintaining a supportive, values-driven home setting remotely.

What challenges do remote Christian house parents face, and how can they be addressed?

Remote Christian House Parents often encounter challenges such as building strong relationships with children from diverse backgrounds, managing household routines virtually, and maintaining a nurturing faith-based environment online. Effective communication, consistent virtual check-ins, and creative use of digital tools to foster community can help address these issues. Additionally, collaboration with other staff members and ongoing training in trauma-informed care and remote engagement strategies are vital for success in this role.

Job description

Who we are

Process Street is an AI software and compliance operations platform startup from San Francisco. We help our customers build, document, automate, and track recurring workflows. Our platform automates the work, enforces the standards, and proves compliance so our global customers can run their businesses. We service over 3k customers around the world, and are VC-backed by Accel, Salesforce, and Atlassian.

Our Mission

To make work fun, fast, and faultless for teams everywhere.

Our Culture

Process Street was founded on a strong belief in the work-life benefits of a healthy, collaborative, remote culture. We value flexibility because many of us are parents, travelers, or just creatives who aren't inspired by the construct of a mundane 9-to-5. Spread across 9 different time zones, we communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and take real ownership of our work. We know human connections make strong teams, so we regularly catch up over virtual coffee chats, play games, share stories, and more to build strong relationships.

If you're entrepreneurial and seek an environment that values impact, ownership, and flexibility we look forward to meeting you!

The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a foundational sales role designed for early-career professionals who have demonstrated strong potential, a natural curiosity about technology, and the hunger to build a successful SaaS sales career. You'll work closely with sales leadership, converting inbound leads, developing outbound skills, and learning our sales methodology - all while delivering real value to customers. This role is an ideal launchpad for someone ready to grow fast in a high-impact, remote-first environment.

This position will be based in Eastern, Central, or Pacific time.

What You'll Do

  • Own your full sales cycle - from first discovery call to close
  • Run discovery calls to understand prospects' workflow pain points
  • Present and demo Process Street to prospective clients
  • Sell Process Street's AI solutions, including Cora, and confidently articulate how AI-powered workflows transform how teams operate
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize your own sales workflows, boosting personal productivity and shortening the feedback loop.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on handoffs and early expansion opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity metrics and quarterly pipeline targets

About You

  • You have 3+ years experience selling AI tools, SaaS, or professional services
  • You are a 'Challenger' or Gap seller
  • You have a proven track record of sales target attainment and exceeding goals
  • You have a passion for start-ups and technology
  • You adapt well, and you're a fast learner
  • You are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn sales craft
  • You communicate clearly and confidently
  • You're enthusiastic about improving processes and systems

Our Benefits

  • Unlimited PTO policy – Most take 3-4 weeks, plus their major holidays, AND a company-wide week off in December.
  • Social time – Regular coffee chats, games, story-telling, house tours (only if you're comfortable), and more to build connections.
  • Generous health insurance for US employees and their families.
  • Equity for all full-time roles.
  • A chance to shape how companies around the world run through the future of no-code automation.

Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. At Process Street, we believe in growth. So, however you identify and whatever background you bring, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come to work every day.

We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, genetic information, parental or pregnancy status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or Veteran status.
