Job description

Location
Our Manager, FP&A will be an integral part of our global finance team. This role is based remotely in the US - Eastern time zone.
Who We Are
DoiT is a global technology company that works with cloud-driven organizations to leverage the cloud to drive business growth and innovation. We combine data, technology, and human expertise to ensure our customers operate in a well-architected and scalable state - from planning to production.

Delivering DoiT Cloud Intelligence, the only solution that integrates advanced technology with human intelligence, we help our customers solve complex multicloud problems and drive efficiency.

With decades of multicloud experience, we have specializations in Kubernetes, GenAI, CloudOps, and more. An award-winning strategic partner of AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, we work alongside more than 4,000 customers worldwide.

The Opportunity
This isn't just another FP&A role — it's your opportunity to drive real change, influence the trajectory of the business, and help unlock our next chapter of growth and profitability.

As Manager, FP&A, you will own the engine that keeps DoiT's financial reporting and planning running — building and managing a small, high-performing team responsible for creating and maintaining standard internal and external reporting, driving the corporate planning cadence, and instilling a performance management system to drive growth and margin across our businesses.

This is a builder role: you are joining at the start of a deliberate strategic transformation to take our Finance function to the next level. You will work directly with the VP of Finance and Strategy, the CFO, and every department head in the business — and your work will flow directly into the materials seen by our board and our investors.

You will foster innovation and digital skills development in FP&A. The ideal candidate will possess financial planning and analysis expertise, the ability to develop and manage technology- and business-savvy decision support teams, and a track record of driving digital innovation in key FP&A activities.

Responsibilities

Accountable for All Corporate FP&A Outputs

  • Review and approve all deliverables before distribution to the CFO, department heads, or external parties. The review is a quality gate — not a rebuild. If systematic rebuilding is required, that is a performance or process issue to address directly.
  • Own the quality standard: zero unexplained variances in any output bearing the Corp FP&A name.
  • Accountable for the delivery and quality of our financial review products and cadence with the CFO, ELT and Investors.
  • Annual Operating Plan: lead the full AOP process — kick off, set the timeline, chair the department challenge conversations, present the consolidated P&L to the CFO. The Senior IC builds the consolidated P the Lead presents it.

Team & Process Ownership

  • Own the FP&A close calendar and close playbook: set the deadlines, enforce them, and improve the timeline every quarter.
  • Design and maintain the close calendar from the FP&A standpoint, reporting cadences, and standard operating procedures
  • Manage, develop, and performance-review the Senior IC and Junior IC. Weekly 1:1s with each.
  • Approve the Finance Engineer's FP&A automation roadmap quarterly.
  • Build trusted relationships with all department counterparts through consistent, high-quality financial insight
  • Manage the model integration and data handoff process with the Strategic Finance team
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or management consulting
  • Proven ability to run a monthly financial close cycle end-to-end
  • Experience producing board or investor-level financial materials
  • Strong stakeholder management — comfortable presenting to CFO and C-suite
  • Background in a high-growth technology or SaaS business preferred
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior analysts
  • Exceptional financial narrative — turns numbers into decisions, not just slides
  • Advanced Google Sheets / Excel; comfortable with large, complex models
  • Experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP
  • Structured thinker — can design a process from scratch, document it, and hold it
  • Commercially curious — understands the business model, not just the P&L
  • General knowledge and/or desire to learn data science and AI capabilities and their application to finance work
  • High attention to detail combined with pace — can work to tight close deadlines
