Day to Day:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and new

  • Conducting phone screenings, analyzing responses, verifying references, and validating candidate qualifications to meet our client\'s requirements and culture

  • Developing and executing specific recruiting strategies to uncover the most qualified candidates for our clients

  • Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation if necessary

  • 2+ years of Agency Recruiting & Business Development experience
