• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and risks.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records while adhering to ethical standards of confidentiality.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss treatment progress and interdisciplinary approaches.

You will work closely with a diverse population of students from various backgrounds, each facing unique challenges in their mental health journey. Your focus will be on empowering young individuals to overcome issues such as anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma, helping them gain skills for improved emotional regulation, resilience, and personal growth.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Connecticut is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably in a school environment.
• Proficient in various therapeutic modalities, with a strong emphasis on solution-focused interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a critical-thinking mindset.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
