In this contract role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional customer support and client services across multiple channels. Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in multiple languages, including bilingual support when needed
  • Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs, offering solutions, and guiding them through processes with clarity and patience
  • Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new products and services
  • Enter data accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems and maintain detailed records of interactions
  • Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and satisfaction with each interaction
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong advantage
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services is desirable
