• Conduct compassionate and ethical one-on-one counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe space for clients to express their concerns.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic techniques to facilitate goal-setting and individual treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s unique mental health needs.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to support clients in developing effective coping strategies.
• Engage clients in a collaborative exploration of their experiences, emotions, and relationships, fostering deeper self-awareness and insight.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, strategies, and experiences that can enhance the overall quality of care provided by our practice.

Our practice primarily serves stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, mild to moderate depression, stress management issues, and life transitions. Your role will be pivotal in helping these clients build resilience and improve their quality of life by equipping them with the necessary tools and skills.

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid, full license to practice independently is required (examples include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - LMFT, Licensed Professional Counselor - LPC, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW).
• Those with limited or provisional licenses will not be considered.
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to empathize with others.
• Proficient computer literacy skills; experience with telehealth platforms is preferred.

While the primary requirement is a full license to practice, we encourage candidates with prior experience in outpatient settings, strong desire for continuous professional development, and expertise in solution-focused or cognitive-behavioral modalities to apply. The ability to engage with a diverse client base and knowledge of relevant community resources will be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
